Mica Shine All Natural Beauty

What is it

  •   Flat, dense brush with synthetic bristles.
  •   It is ideal for applying liquid or cream foundation.
  •   Use a stippling motion for an even application, starting from the center of your face and blending outward.
What You'll Need
  •   Liquid or cream foundation.
  •   Foundation brush with flat, dense, synthetic bristles.
  •   Mirror.
  •   Primer, moisturizer (optional).
Prepare Your Skin
  •   First, clean your face well. Use a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt or makeup.
  •   Pat your face dry with a towel.
  •   If you like, apply a light layer of primer or moisturizer.
  •   This helps the foundation go on smoothly.
Put Foundation on the Brush
  • Take the foundation bottle and put a small amount of liquid or cream foundation onto the back of your hand.
  •   Dip the flat, dense, synthetic bristles of the foundation brush into the foundation.
  •  You only need a little bit to start.
  •   It's easier to add more later than to remove too much.
Start in the Center
  •  Look in the mirror.
  •   Find the center of your face.
  •   This is usually around the nose or the middle of your forehead.
  •   Place the brush there.
Use a Stippling Motion
  •  The stippling motion is like making small dots or dabs on your face.
  •   Press the flat part of the brush gently against your skin.
  •   Lift the brush and press it again in a new spot.
  •   Keep doing this to add little dots of foundation to your skin.
Blend Outward
  •  After you've added some foundation to the center of your face, it's time to blend.
  •   Use the brush to gently spread the foundation outward from the center.
  •   Move the brush in small, even strokes toward the edges of your face, like your jawline and hairline.
Check Your Work
  •  Take a moment to look closely in the mirror.
  •   Ensure you didn't miss any spots.
  •   Look for areas that might need more blending.
  •   Use the brush to fix any uneven parts.
Layer If Needed
  •   If you need more coverage, you can add another layer of foundation.
  •  Use the same stippling and blending motions.
  •   Remember to start from the center and blend outward.
Optional Set with Powder
  •   If you want your foundation to last longer, apply a light layer of setting powder.
  •   Use a fluffy brush to gently apply the powder over your foundation.
Keep your Brush Clean
  •   Wash it regularly with a brush cleaner or gentle soap and water.
  •   Don't use too much foundation at once. It's easier to add more later.
  •  Always blend well to avoid lines or streaks on your face.

And there you have it! Now, you know how to use a foundation brush for even smoother coverage. This technique works great for all who want their makeup to look its best.
